Aside from their strategic partnership with Microsoft, Cloud Services believes much of their success can be attributed to investment in education and a hands-on approach at every stage of design, development, and implementation. "We're proud of our workshop and consultation approach because we don't believe in keeping knowledge. We want our customers to learn new skills and apply those skills going forward," states Gluvajic.
Cloud Services initially offered workshops centered on Azure Synapse Analytics, providing technical demonstrations to showcase the solution's robust data warehousing and analytics capabilities. When Microsoft announced the public preview of Fabric, Cloud Services adopted this same model and began hosting workshops to introduce customers to its interface, revolutionary features, and potential. Published on Microsoft AppSource, Cloud Services' four-hour online workshop takes participants through theory, pricing, data integration, data engineering, Power BI, and OneLake.
This strategic approach presented a seamless transition for customers ready to adopt Fabric upon its release. Now, Cloud Services has contracted five of their biggest projects to date. "Our goal has always been to provide quality services, and there's nothing on the market right now that compares to Microsoft Fabric. It's the best tool. We know it and our customers know it. We're already seeing some of the biggest companies and cases we've ever seen, and it's just growing—every Monday we come in eager to reflect on our progress," expresses Cloud Services Managing Partner Andrew Dakhov.
